PARSIPPANYย โ€” The College of Saint Elizabeth Police Studies Institute held its Secondย Annual Black History Month Awards Celebration on campus. Undersheriffย William Schievella was proud to honor fiveย outstanding law enforcement officers for their outstanding contributions to our profession. Chief Norma Hardy, Port Authority NY/NJ Police Department; Supv CBP Officer Eboni Phillips, US Customs & Border Protection; Sgt. Allan Griffin, Parsippany-Troy Hills Police Department; Detective Greg Brooks, Morris County Sheriff’s Officeย andย Police Officer Jamal Poyner, Millburn Police Department.

Yvonne Ballard of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives was presented with Excellence in Justice Awards from the College.
