PARSIPPANY — The Parsippany-Troy Hills School District plans to eliminate 14 teaching positions from the middle school and cut the school’s reading and writing program, according to the Daily Record. The district adopted the proposed cuts at the Thursday board meeting in response to severe budget deficits resulting from the hard cap limit of 2-percent increaseโ€ฆ
