PARSIPPANY — Republican Candidate for Governor Jack Ciattarelli will appear at a Town Hall Event on Sunday, October 3 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Parsippany Rescue and Recovery, 100 Centertown Drive.
