PHHS Field Hockey held “Stick it to Cancer” gold out game

PARSIPPANY — The Parsippany Hills Field Hockey team held a gold out game to “Stick it to Cancer” on Monday, September 23The team invited four area pediatric warriors/cancer survivors, Sean Ries, Hannah Cerullo, Peyton Zitelli, and Emma Wyman to join the team as honorary captains.

The team, dawned in gold socks and gold shirts, not only helped raise awareness, but also helped raised $2,013 for the Children’s Brain Tumor Family Foundation.

Since its inception in 2015, the Children’s Brain Tumor Family Foundation has donated over $500,000 to pediatric cancer research.

Thank you to everyone who made this evening possible. So much love and support from our amazing community made for a wonderful night for all.

A victory for our team on the field and a bigger victory off the field by raising awareness. Be The Hope. Believe There Is Hope For A Cure.
