The commercial real estate services firm’s team of Raymond Trevisan, William O’Keefe, Charles Parmelli and Kelsey Nakamura serve as exclusive leasing agents for the 251,000-square-foot, Class A office property.
Tangoe will relocate its regional office to The Offices at Fox Hill from another Parsippany address in an expansion move. Headquartered in Orange, Conn., the firm is a leading global provider in its industry and services a range of enterprises and service providers. JLL served as tenant broker in negotiating Tangoe’s long-term commitment at The Offices at Fox Hill.
