PARSIPPANY — An 86-year-old woman was struck and killed by a vehicle Sunday night, January 4.
At approximately 10:20 p.m., law enforcement responded to a motor vehicle crash at the intersection of Route 46 eastbound and Parsippany Boulevard. According to the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office, the victim, identified as Gui Con, was struck by an Acura RDX.
Con was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Acura remained at the scene following the collision and was transported to a nearby hospital. No charges have been announced at this time.
The incident remains under investigation.
