PARSIPPANY — On Saturday, December 3 Santa arrived at the Lake Parsippany Association’s clubhouse to enjoy a pancake breakfast with the neighborhood children.

In the true spirit of Christmas the children brought presents to be given to other children in the area who could use a little extra Christmas cheer.
