PHS Marching Band enjoys “Breakfast for Dinner” at IHOP

PARSIPPANY — The Parsippany High School Marching Band, who are the US Bands National Champions, enjoyed “Breakfast for Dinner” at International House of Pancakes (IHOP), 792 Route 46.


Parsippany Area Chamber of Commerce Board Member Nicolas Limanov (a graduate of Parsippany High School) arranged with the owners, Sobhy and Mo Abdelhadi, to award the winners with a complimentary dinner.

The band, who came in first place, Group IV A, for best music, best overall effect, Esprit de Corps Award, US Bands New Jersey State Champions. In addition they won first place, Group IV A – Esprit de Corps Award, US Bands National Champions.

Parsippany Area Chamber of Commerce President Robert Peluso addressed the students and congratulated the students.
