Montclair doctor gets prison for accepting $100K in bribes from Parsippany Lab

NEWARK — A doctor with a medical practice in Montclair was sentenced Friday to 14 months in prison for accepting more than $100,000 in bribes in exchange for test referrals as part of the $100 million scheme operated by Biodiagnostic Laboratory Services of Parsippany, authorities said.
