PARSIPPANY — Veronica “Ronnie” Minaieskas turned 103 years old in Parsippany, on November 27. Council Vice President Robert Peluso and on behalf of Parsippany Area Chamber of Commerce and our Community, wished her a Happy Birthday with flowers and a card. Veronica grew up in Kearny and her brother, Peter Velevas, was a Councilman in Kearny for over 30 years. She currently lives at Care One, 300 Madzabrook Road, Parsippany. Her daughter Lori Concillieri is a resident of Lake Parsippany.
