PARSIPPANY — Parsippany-Troy Hills Planning Board will be holding a special meeting on Monday, November 30 at 7:30 p.m. to permit a 151,000 square foot shopping center, including a Whole Foods Market on the last vacant lot in the Waterview Office Complex off of Route 46.
At the meeting the Planning Board will consider and vote on recommendations regarding proposed changes to the land use and zoning ordinances of the Township including Ordinance 2015:26 referred by the Governing Body pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-26 “An Ordinance Amending And Supplementing Chapter 430, Zoning, Of The Revised General Ordinances Of The Township Of Parsippany-Troy Hills, Adding A New Article XLIX, Establishing A RC-Planned Retail/Commercial District And Designating Certain Zone Boundaries In The Township” and will conduct such other regular business and take such actions as permitted by law.
The meeting will be open to the public and conducted in accordance with the Rules of the Planning Board.
