Dear Editor:

It was refreshing to read Frank Neglia’s recent Letter to the Editor (Neglia Responds to “Propaganda” Accusations, Seeks Due Process) expressing his wishes to be forthcoming and transparent about what he actually said and to whom he shared his “propaganda” with. To his credit Mr. Neglia appears willing to voluntarily come forward to enable the residents of Parsippany to learn more about the reasons for his removal from the Economic Advisory Development Committee. Given Mr. Neglia’s apparent aspirations to run for Town Council and then Mayor, clearing the air now would be a judicious move on his part and certainly one that Parsippany voters deserve.
With all of that said, Mr. Neglia, in his recent Letter to the Editor, has graciously offered to “open his door” and to directly answer any questions relating to his removal from the Economic Advisory Development Committee. May I suggest, in the interest of being open and honest, he do so by submitting a follow-up Letter to the Editor detailing the specific accusations made against him that resulted in his removal as well as his responses to those accusations.
Mr. Neglia certainly deserves due process but so do the residents of Parsippany. So, Mr. Neglia how about providing actual facts rather than simply bemoaning what you perceive to be unfair treatment? As you should know, being frank with the residents of Parsippany is your best path forward.
