PARSIPPANY — Police are at the scene of a minivan fire on Lake Shore Drive in the Lake Parsippany section of the township. Morris County Prosecutors Office and Morris County Sheriff Department are on the scene along with the Parsippany Police Department. Parsippany Police stated Lake Shore Drive in Lake Parsippany is closed between Englishtown Road and Califon Road. There is also no access to Freneau Road from Parsippany Road. There is no estimated time for the closures at this time. Please plan accordingly.
At approximately 9:00 p.m. Parsippany-Troy Hills Police Chief Paul Philipps announced the road has been reopened.
