Two Parsippany Students Earn NYIT Internship Certificates

PARSIPPANY — Two Parsippany residents were among more than 110 students who completed New York Institute of Technology’s Internship Certificate Program during the spring 2026 semester, gaining hands-on professional experience across a range of work environments.

Jaymin Alkeshkumar Prajapati of Parsippany worked as an analyst at CPA Patel and Parikh LLC, while Manan Swapnilkumar Patel of Parsippany served as a bookkeeping intern at 9th Street Hospitality Propoc LLC.

NYIT’s Internship Certificate Program gives students the opportunity to develop practical skills and workplace experience alongside their academic coursework.

NYIT is a nonprofit, independent institution founded in 1955, with campuses in New York City and Long Island, New York; Jonesboro, Arkansas; and Vancouver, British Columbia, as well as programs offered worldwide. The university enrolls nearly 8,000 students and counts more than 120,000 alumni working in fields including medicine, architecture, engineering, business, and healthcare.
