PARSIPPANY — Tyler Cerbo, general manager of Cerbo’s Parsippany Greenhouse & Garden Center, has been named a national finalist for the 2026 Young Retailer of the Year Award, one of the highest honors for emerging leaders in the garden center industry.
The nomination was recently featured in the June edition of Green Profit magazine.
Selected from a competitive field of young professionals across the country, Cerbo was recognized for his leadership, innovation, and commitment to making Cerbo’s a year-round destination for gardening enthusiasts and community members alike.
Under Tyler’s leadership, Cerbo’s has expanded beyond its traditional seasonal offerings by creating engaging community events, educational opportunities, and innovative programs that keep customers connected throughout the year. From organizing community plant swaps to developing creative initiatives that keep the greenhouse active during the colder months, Tyler has focused on building a welcoming space where local plant lovers can learn, connect, and find inspiration.
