PARSIPPANY — Kelsey Mogan, a Parsippany native, has graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree in English and a commission as an Ensign in the United States Navy.
Mogan successfully completed four years of challenging academic, physical, and professional military training at the Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. She is a graduate of Parsippany Hills High School and previously attended Brooklawn Middle School and Littleton Elementary School. She is also a parishioner at St. Christopher Church.

At the Academy, Mogan was a member of the Women’s Rugby Team, Women’s Club Lacrosse, Navy Marathon Team, Catholic Midshipman Club, and Midshipman Action Group, a community service organization. She also held various leadership billets within her company.
Founded in 1845, the U.S. Naval Academy is a prestigious four-year service academy that prepares midshipmen morally, mentally, and physically to be professional officers in the naval service.
