PARSIPPANY โ€” Pilates Body Studio has expanded to Parsippany, bringing its results-driven fitness approach and community-centered atmosphere to 131 New Road. The new location officially opened on Sunday, June 14, offering residents a welcoming space for Hot Mat and Reformer Pilates classes.

Owner Anina said the decision to expand into Parsippany came after recognizing a need for high-quality Pilates options in the area.

โ€œWhen I first moved to New Jersey from San Diego in 2019, I noticed there were no quality Pilates studios,โ€ Anina said. โ€œSo in 2023, I decided to open Pilates Body Morristown and offer high-quality classes with visible results. I noticed Parsippany was also lacking in studios and wanted to expand into Hot Mat classes.โ€

Anina said the location at 131 New Road was an ideal fit because of its size, accessibility, and ability to serve Parsippany and surrounding communities.

For new clients, Pilates Body Studio aims to offer more than just a workout. Anina said the studioโ€™s mission is rooted in personal attention, encouragement, and helping each client succeed in their Pilates journey.

โ€œAt Pilates Body, youโ€™re not just a number in the room,โ€ she said. โ€œWe genuinely care about every single clientโ€™s success at the studio and nurture each client in their Pilates journey.โ€

From the first visit, clients can expect staff members to learn about their goals, answer questions, and guide them through each step of the process. The studio also emphasizes community, regularly hosting events that allow members to connect and build relationships.

โ€œCommunity and results โ€” thatโ€™s what weโ€™re all about,โ€ Anina said.

Pilates Body Studio currently offers Hot Mat and Reformer classes every day, with classes beginning at 6:00 a.m. and running through 7:30 p.m., making it easier for clients to find a time that fits their schedule.

The studio is also offering an introductory special of seven days of classes for $89. At the end of the summer, Pilates Body Studio plans to launch its first Reset Challenge, encouraging participants to complete 20 classes in 30 days. The challenge is designed to help members reconnect with their bodies, build consistency, and establish a strong routine. Prizes will also be awarded.

Anina said joining the Parsippany business community is an exciting milestone for the studio.

โ€œWe are so grateful to be a part of this beautiful, thriving community,โ€ she said. โ€œOur hope is to bring like-minded people together in a beautiful space where everyone is working to be a better version of themselves and connect.โ€

She added that Pilates Body Studio hopes to fill what she described as a long-standing Pilates void in Parsippany and the surrounding area.

โ€œCome join the Pilates Body community,โ€ Anina said.

Frank Cahill, Chairman of Parsippany-Troy Hills said “Congratulations to Pilates Body Studio on this exciting Grand Opening. Today we celebrate not only a new business, but a commitment to health, wellness, and community. We wish the owners and staff great success as they help clients build strength, confidence, and healthier lives.”

“Pilates Body Studio is a wonderful addition to Parsippany’s growing business community,” said Mayor Pulkit Desai. “Their commitment to helping people improve their health and well-being aligns with our vision of making Parsippany a great place to live, work, and thrive. We are pleased to welcome Anina and her team and wish them many years of success.”
