PARSIPPANY โ The Parsippany Police Athletic League (PAL) is excited to announce that registration is now open for itsย 2026โ2027 Winter Youth Wrestling Program, offering young athletes from kindergarten through eighth grade the opportunity to learn, develop and compete in the sport of wrestling.
The winter season will run from November 2026 through March 2027, with practices held two to three times per week depending on the program level.
Designed for wrestlers of all experience levels, the PAL Youth Wrestling Program focuses on developing fundamentals, confidence, discipline, sportsmanship and a love for the sport. Whether stepping onto the mat for the first time or looking to continue developing as a competitive wrestler, the program provides opportunities for athletes at every stage.
Programming is available across multiple age and experience levels, including a Kindergarten Clinic, programs for kindergarten through second grade, and Future Stars/Advanced Wrestling for grades 3โ8.
As part of the PALโs continued effort to grow participation and create new opportunities in youth sports, registration is free for first-time female wrestlers.
Families are encouraged to take advantage of Early Bird Registration through September 13, with discounted rates available across each program. Regular registration will run from September 14 through October 18, followed by late registration beginning October 19.
The PALโs youth wrestling program has continued to provide local athletes with an environment where they can challenge themselves, build friendships and develop skills that extend well beyond the wrestling mat.
