PARSIPPANY — Registration is now open for the Par Troy West Little League (PTWLL) spring baseball and softball season. Families must register by Monday, March 15.
The league is also rolling out a new Travel Junior League Program, which will compete against local towns and take part in the Little League World Series Tournament.
Baseball divisions are open to players whose ages fall within each division by August 31 of next year:
- Tee Ball: Ages 4 to 6
- Farm League: Ages 6 to 8
- Minor League: Ages 8 to 10
- Major League: Ages 10 to 12
- Junior League: Ages 13 to 16
Softball divisions are open to players whose ages fall within each division by December 31 of this year:
- Farm League: Ages 6 to 8
- Minor League: Ages 8 to 10
- Major League: Ages 10 to 12
- Junior League: Ages 13 to 16
Participation fees are $125 for the first child, $110 for the second child and $100 for the third child. All registered players are eligible for free winter clinics.
A $100 refundable Work Bond is required per family at registration and is included in the registration fee. Families can fulfill the Work Bond commitment by being approved as a team manager, serving as an approved coach or completing one three-hour shift in the concession stand. Once the commitment is fulfilled, the $100 will be refunded to the original form of payment. Families who do not fulfill the commitment will forfeit the Work Bond.
