PARSIPPANY — Nirvana Infrared Fitness officially celebrated the opening of its new Morris Plains location with a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony, marking the wellness company’s latest expansion into the Parsippany area.
The new studio opened on Sunday, August 9, bringing Nirvana’s combination of infrared fitness, movement, and wellness services to the Route 10 corridor.
Nirvana offers a variety of heated and non-heated fitness experiences, including Pilates-based workouts, yoga, strength training, mobility classes, and other wellness-focused programming. The company also offers additional wellness and recovery services designed to complement its fitness programs.
