PARSIPPANY — Another Dunkin’ with drive-through service is coming to Parsippany. The Parsippany-Troy Hills Zoning Board of Adjustment approved plans to construct a 1,475-square-foot, one-story Dunkin’ at the Shell gas station at Route 46 East and New Road.
Application 20:54, filed by Danny Realty for 25 Route 46 (Block 770, Lot 1, B-2 zone), received preliminary and final major site plan approval with “C” and “D” variances for a gas station and drive-through restaurant.

The approved plans include the following modifications from the original application:
- A mountable curb island at the entrance and exit to and from New Road
- Directional signage, including “No Stacking Beyond This Point,” “Alternate Entrance on Route 46 East” and a drive-through directional sign
- Removal of a retention wall
- Installation of a standard R(NJ) 10-7A or similar “Do Not Block Driveway” sign
The new location will join Parsippany’s other Dunkin’ stores with drive-through service at 430 North Beverwyck Road, which just opened in the former TD Bank building, 1980 Route 10 West and 239 Littleton Road.
