Urban Crust Pizza is a fusion pizza kitchen that pairs bold Indian flavors with American-style thin crust. Dough is made fresh each morning, sauces are prepared from scratch, and toppings are cut by hand, with every pizza assembled in an open kitchen where guests can watch their order come together.

The menu features specialty pizzas such as Tandoori Paneer or Tandoori Chicken, the restaurant’s most popular selection, along with Masala Street Corn and Chicken Makhani. Signature pies include the Truffled Mushroom, a chef’s favorite, alongside traditional pepperoni and Margherita pizzas. The menu also offers street-style sandwiches, including the Bombay Samosa Club. Pizzas start at $9.99.

The restaurant sums up its approach with the tagline “Fold it like New York. Spice it like New Delhi.”

The Parsippany restaurant is one of four Urban Crust kitchens in New Jersey. The company also operates Pizza Studio at the Newport Centre Mall in Jersey City, with additional Urban Crust locations coming soon to Jersey City and Piscataway. Catering is also available.

Urban Crust Pizza is open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The restaurant is also hiring pizza makers, prep cooks, front-of-house team members, shift leads, and restaurant managers. Applicants may email resumes to [email protected].
