PARSIPPANY — A sheriff’s sale has been scheduled for 3 Jefferson Avenue in the Lake Hiawatha section of Parsippany-Troy Hills.

The sale is scheduled for Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioner’s Meeting Room, Administration and Records Building, Court Street, Morristown. The date may change due to adjournments.

The property is listed as Lot 11, Block 597, approximately 0.172 acres, with Minnehaha Boulevard identified as the nearest cross street. The property is listed as owner occupied.

The matter is filed in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County Chancery Division, under Sheriff’s Sale No. 26000928 and Docket No. F-012225-24.
