Cannabis Retail Application Heads to Parsippany-Troy Hills Planning Board

PARSIPPANY โ€” The Parsippany-Troy Hills Planning Board will hear an application next month from Troy Hills Club LLC seeking approval to open a cannabis retail establishment along Route 10.

The hearing is scheduled for Monday, September 14, at 7:30 p.m. at the township’s Municipal Building.

Troy Hills Club LLC, based at 2880 Route 10 in Pelican Plaza, is seeking conditional use approval and minor site plan approval to operate the cannabis retail establishment at 2900 Route 10 in Morris Plains, with a tenant address of 2880 Route 10. The property is designated as Block 18, Lot 8 on the township’s tax map.

The application also seeks any variances and waivers that may be required.

Documents related to the application may be reviewed by the public for at least 10 days prior to the hearing, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at the Office of the Planning Board in the Parsippany-Troy Hills Municipal Building.
