PARSIPPANY — A vehicle drove into Lake Parsippany near the intersection of Lake Shore Drive and Alpine Drive Tuesday afternoon, prompting a water rescue response.
The incident occurred around 4:30 p.m., according to preliminary information. Rescue personnel, including a dive team, responded to the scene and worked to reach the vehicle, which came to rest partially submerged in the lake.
The occupant of the vehicle was transported to a nearby hospital by Morris County Emergency Medical Services. Her condition has not been released.
