MORRIS COUNTY — Three men have been arrested following an investigation into alleged mail theft and check fraud in Mount Olive, Randolph and Roxbury, according to Morris County Prosecutor Robert Carroll, Chief of Detectives Mark Castellano, Mount Olive Police Chief Michael Cordileone, Randolph Police Chief Keith Donovan and Roxbury Police Chief Matthew Holland.

Erik C. Mitchell, 34, of Hackettstown; Aljaquan T. Wilson, 31, of Newark; and Blancsun Altidor, 32, of Newark, face multiple charges.

In August, the Mount Olive Police Department received reports of checks being stolen from residential mailboxes and fraudulently cashed. As the investigation progressed, investigators identified a suspect vehicle and an individual believed to be involved in the thefts.
