PARSIPPANY — A condominium unit on Route 10 East will be sold at a sheriff sale on Thursday, December 3.
The property, located at 2467 Route 10 East, Unit 12-5A, near Avignon Drive, is listed as Lot 12.09, Block 15.25 on the township tax map.
The public auction will be held at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room of the Morris County Administration and Records Building, Court Street, Morristown.
The plaintiff’s upset price is $44,386.50, plus any additional sums ordered by the court. The approximate amount due on the execution is $41,233.21, plus interest, costs and fees.
Fourth-quarter property taxes of $1,072.83, due Sunday, November 1, remain open. Water and sewer service is provided by the Parsippany-Troy Hills Municipal Utilities Authority, 1001 Parsippany Boulevard, (973) 263-4350.
