PARSIPPANY — Parsippany Focus is inviting young readers to put their speed-solving skills to the test in its annual Rubik’s Cube Challenge, giving participants a chance to show off in front of members of the Parsippany Cube Club.
The challenge is open to children ages 5 to 10 and is limited to 12 participants. Those interested can brush up on their skills during a qualifying round on Thursday, August 13, with the contest itself following on Friday, August 14. All participants will be featured in an upcoming Parsippany Focus story. There are no fees to participate in this challenge.
Both sessions will be held at the Parsippany Focus office at 90 East Halsey Road, third floor. Organizers will meet participants in the lobby and escort them to the challenge area.
