PARSIPPANY — The Township Council is scheduled to consider a redevelopers agreement and a related sanitary sewer easement agreement with Toll NJ I, LLC for the property at 4 Gatehall Drive during its regular meeting Tuesday night, September 15.

The agreements cover Block 175, Lot 52, the site of a 178-unit townhome development the Planning Board approved in April. The project calls for 25 residential buildings containing a mix of 142 market-rate units and 36 affordable housing units, aligning with the township’s Fourth Round Housing Element and Fair Share Plan.

Both items appear on the council’s consent agenda, along with several dozen other resolutions expected to be approved without separate discussion.
