PARSIPPANY โ Midea America Corporation has named Justin Reinke as its next president, succeeding John Herrington. Reinke will work with Herrington during a planned transition period before officially taking over the role November 1.
“It is an honor to lead Midea America at such an exciting time in our journey,” said Reinke. “We have real momentum in the market, and I truly believe that we are just getting started. What excites me most is our people โ the passion and determination they bring every day. With the support and scale of Midea Group behind us, we have a real opportunity to build on this momentum, earn customers’ and consumers’ trust, and bring meaningful innovation into more American homes.”
Reinke joined Midea in 2024 as head of sales and became head of product marketing in 2025. He has more than 20 years of industry experience, including leadership positions at Samsung and Whirlpool.

As we continue investing in expanding our presence in the U.S. market, I am confident Justin is the right leader to lead MAC through its next chapter of growth.”
