PARSIPPANY — The Police Athletic League of Parsippany-Troy Hills was packed once again for Italian Night, as residents turned out to celebrate Italian heritage, culture, food, music and community pride.
The annual event, “A Taste of Italy,” was held Wednesday, October 14, at the PAL, 33 Baldwin Road, and hosted by the Parsippany-Troy Hills School District’s Italian Department.

“We want to thank everyone who came out to celebrate Italian Night at the Parsippany PAL,” the PAL said in a post following the event. “A special thank you to the schools, teachers, volunteers, local businesses, and sponsors who helped make this incredible evening possible.”

This year, organizers introduced a small donation fee at the door to help give back to the schools. The PAL noted that the evening is made possible through the generosity of sponsors, local businesses, donations and countless volunteer hours.
The PAL said more news involving Italian Night is coming soon.

“Italian culture is alive and strong here in Parsippany, and we’re proud to celebrate it alongside the many other cultures that make our community so special,” said Nicolas Bronzino. “We look forward to celebrating the many cultures and traditions that make Parsippany such an incredible community, not just this year, but for years to come.”
