PARSIPPANY — Burtons Grill & Bar will open its first New Jersey restaurant this October at District 15Fifteen in Parsippany, located at 1525 Route 10, the company said Monday, August 31.
The restaurant will offer an all-day menu of American dishes prepared from scratch, including appetizers, salads, seafood, steaks and classic entrées, along with options for food allergies and dietary preferences, including an extensive gluten-free menu.
The Parsippany location will span 7,400 square feet with seating for 243 guests. The restaurant will include a 30-seat bar, a private dining room with audiovisual capabilities that seats up to 46 guests, and a 64-seat outdoor patio with ceiling fans, lighting, overhead heaters and lounge seating. The company said the interior will feature Audubon-inspired murals and greenery.
Menu items expected to be offered include crab-crusted haddock, a lobster roll, a burger made with Allen Brothers Angus beef, and a seven-layer chocolate cake. The beverage program will include wine, craft beer, cocktails and mocktails.

The company said the new restaurant is expected to bring 125 jobs to the community and that it is seeking additional locations for expansion in New Jersey.
