PARSIPPANY — A one-car accident occurred on Route 46 at the entrance of Taco Bell at approximately 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 1. Witnesses at the scene stated they saw two vehicles traveling at high rate of speed on Route 46 west and one car flipped over on the lawn and shrubs in front of Taco Bell.

According to initial reports, no one was seriously injured. Parsippany Volunteer Ambulance Squad was at the scene, but details of the driver and if there were any passengers are very sketchy.

Parsippany Volunteer Fire District 6 and Parsippany Volunteer Fire District 5 Hazmat was on the scene.  It was reported there was a gasoline spill. Parsippany Office of Emergency Management was also called to the scene.
