The Dairy at Lake Hiawatha has been serving the community for over two decades. The business was opened in 1989 by the Pascarella Family under the Carvel franchise and became Lake Hiawatha Dairy in 2000 when the Pascarellas decided to become independently owned.

The Dairy was closed briefly from December 2010 through March 2011 for several reasons including renovation. They reopened in April 2011 with energy and excitement.

They offer homemade ice cream, picture image ice cream cakes for any occasion and a variety of italian ice and frozen yogurt flavors.
