Panera Bread granted a soil removal permit

Panera Bread will be building a new building on a pad site in the Troy Hills Shopping Center.

The Township Council approved a major soil moving permit for Panera Bread, as part of their recently approved application with the Zoning Board of Adjustment.  They applied to remove approximately 3,000 cubic yards of soil as noted in their application as part of their application to build a location at 157 Route 46 (Troy Hills Shopping Center).

Municipal Engineer Justin Lizza reviewed the application and memorialized his recommendations to the Township Clerk, Yancy Wazirmas on August 6, 2014.

Panera Bread will be required to pay all inspection fees and performance guarantees prior to the issuance of the permit.

Panera Bread plans to open in the summer of 2015.
