Freeholders set new meeting time

Freeholder John Cesaro

Parsippany resident, and Freeholder John Cesaro

The Morris County Freeholders have changed the start time of their public meetings from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. starting Wednesday, July 9 in an effort to make it easier for county residents to attend evening meetings.

Wednesday’s meeting will be in the Public Meeting Room on the 5th floor of the Administration and Records Building, 10 Court Street in Morristown. Parking is available in the garage beneath the Administration Building. The garage is entered from Schuyler Place, at the end of the block, on the right.

The freeholders have also changed the start time of their work sessions, held on the same day as the public meetings, from 4:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Each work session will begin at 4:00 p.m. with an executive session at 4:10 p.m. The work session will reopen to the public at 5:30 p.m.

The public is invited to attend the open portion of the work session, but there is no public comment.
