Mt. Tabor woman charged with uninsured motor vehicle

cedargrovepoliceOn Saturday, February 8, at 6:13 p.m.,  Cedar Grove Police cited a Mount Tabor woman for allowing the operation of her uninsured motor vehicle that was bearing a suspended  registration.

Alexis Piliere, 54, was charged and released pending a Municipal Court appearance.

The defendant’s vehicle, a 2011 Nissan, was impounded.  Sgt. Eileen O’Toole was the investigating officer.

Editors note: A criminal complaint is merely an accusation.  Despite this accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until he or she has been proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
