Parsippany High School student Lionel Chambers posted a YouTube video of students and staff dancing along to Williams’ song “Happy.” Currently the video has 20,010 views on You Tube.

After hearing Williams’ song, Carolina Cabezas — a nine-year Spanish teacher and five-year cheerleading coach at Parsippany High School — came up with the idea to film the project around the high school.

Dance moves from classrooms, hallways, athletics and even home economics were included in the video, which was made by sophomores Stephen Quiley, Marcus Ng’Oche and Marvin Vivanco.

Teachers and students are dancing, but Williams’ giant hat isn’t featured anywhere in the video.

The Parsippany High School portrayal was added to the “We are Happy From … “website, which features 224 “Happy” music videos from around the world.

Williams is scheduled to perform “Happy” at the 2014 Oscars on Sunday, March 2 which will be hosted by Ellen DeGeneres and be performed live from Dolby Theatre in the Hollywood & Highland Center.
