Blink Fitness leased 18,258 square feet at the 159,000-square-foot Morris Hills Shopping Center, 3035-3189 Route 46, at the intersection of I-80 and I-287, will have a grand opening on Monday, January 6.. Brixmor owns the shopping center. The gym is expected to open by year end. “This is a prime opportunity that meets Blink’s site requirements with its close proximity to Blink’s core customer and more than 9.5 million square feet of offices,” said Helbling. Blink Fitness will occupy the former Michaels store.
