The State Health Insurance Assistance Program will have a special counseling day for enrolling in the Medicare Part D prescription plan.
Bring your prescriptions, Medicare/Medicaid Card, and any correspondence from your current Part D provider or government agency. You must make an appointment; please call (973) 784-4900.
