T-Mobile USA has renewed its 105,135-square-foot lease for the entire office building at 4 Sylvan Way.
Located within the Mack-Cali Business Campus, Parsippany Corporate Center, the T-Mobile building was constructed in 1984 and renovated in 2006.
It sits on nine acres in Parsippany, and boasts 360 surface parking spaces, an atrium, and on-site property management.
Jim Medenbach and Fred Hyatt at Jones Lang LaSalle represented T-Mobile. Mack-Cali was represented in-house by senior vice president of leasing Diane Chayes.
