Parsippany-Troy Hills Councilman Jonathan Nelson addresses the members of the Morris County Democratic Club during a pincic held on Saturday, August 10 at Smith Field Park, Parsippany.  Nelson is running in the November election for Mayor of Parsippany-Troy Hills Township, against incumbent  James Barberio.
