Parsippany High School Marching Band wins First Place

parsippany focusPARSIPPANY — Parsippany High School Marching Band took first place, on Sunday, October 1, in competition at J.P. Stevens High School in Edison. Their new show for 2017-2018 is called “Turning Points.”

The John P. Stevens Marching Hawks hosted its 30th annual Marching Band Festival at McGowan Stadium. 1st Place—Group 4A; Score 83.475 – Best Music and Best Visual.
The 2017-18 PHS Marching Band show features “House of the Rising Sun,” “Birdland,”
“Good Riddance (Time of Your Life),” and “Echano.”

Band Director is Gregory Dalakian and Erin Neglio is Assistant Band Director.

The Parsippany High School Marching Band will be competing in USBands Yamaha Cup: MetLife Stadium at East Rutherford on Saturday, October 14.
