Parsippany Business owner Will Bend Steel To Raise Money For St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital

PARSIPPANY — Parsippany business owner Eric Moss will be holding a fundraiser for St. Jude’s Children’s Research hospital in his personal training studio. Participants will be put through some of the same exercises Eric uses on his personal training clients to burn fat and get stronger.  Following that workout Eric will be bending steel bars and rolling up frying pans as well as bending a reinforcing bar on the bridge of his nose.

September is childhood cancer awareness month, and it also happens to be the month that Eric was born.  “I can’t think of a better way to celebrate my birthday than by helping kids have more birthdays while doing the things I love, coaching and performing” Moss said.  “And St. Jude’s is an amazing charity.  Not only do they not bill families for treatment but their research has taken the average survival rate of various childhood cancers from 20% to 80%.  That’s epic!”

The event is scheduled for Saturday, September 19 at 10:00 a.m. at his studio located at 180B. Parsippany Road.  Everybody who donates will get a prize, some by St. Jude’s themselves, some directly from Eric.
