Retired Essex cop, a Parsippany resident, sentenced to 8 years for bank robbery

MORRISTOWN – A 71-year-old retired Essex County Sheriff’s Office lieutenant was sentenced to eight years in jail for robbing a bank in Boonton last year, according to a report in the Daily Record.
